Hong Kong-listed S.Culture International Holdings Limited recently announced that Lin Zheming has resigned as CFO with effect from Aug 31, 2019.
An executive director, Lin has also been re-designated as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2019.
Before appointment of a new CFO, Zhu Fangming, an executive Director, will temporarily assume the role of CFO, S.Culture said.
Singapore-listed Serrano Limited has appointed Koh Yee Kiat Royston, aged 44, as the group financial controller.
He is responsible for overseeing the accounting, taxation, treasury, human resources, and administrative function of the Group.
