Hong Kong-listed Able Engineering Holdings Ltd. recently announced that Mr. Mui Siu Hong has been appointed as the financial controller, the company secretary and the authorised representative with effect from Sep 5, 2020.
Mui’s predecessor Mr. Wong Fu Cheong, Desmond resigned as the financial controller and company secretary effect from Sep 5, the company said.
Mui has more than 8 years’ accounting and auditing experience and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Hong Kong-listed Zensun Enterprises Ltd. recently announced that Mr. Kwok Pak Shing has tendered his resignation as joint company secretary and the chief financial officer of the Company with effect from Sep 8, 2020.
Zensun said Mr. Yuen Ping Man, currently the other joint company secretary of the company, will remain as the company secretary of the company.
Yuen has been appointed as joint company secretary of the company since Sep 30 2005, the company added.
