Hong Kong-listed Lotus Horizon Holdings Limited announced recently the appointment of Yeung Kin as the CFO and company secretary.
Having more than 12 years of experience in auditing and accounting, he joined the Group as a consultant in July 2020.
Prior to joining Lotus Horizon, Yeung was the financial controller of Lake Chong Fa Catering Group Limited, a group operating restaurants serving Chinese cuisines in Macau.
Singapore-listed Broadway Industrial Group Limited said it has promoted Tiong Chi Sieng to become the CFO.
Aged 63, Tiong joined the group in November 2019 as VP Corporate Affairs. Prior to that, he was the acting CFO of The Stretch Group Ltd.
In the CFO role, he is primarily responsible for the group’s finance and treasury functions. He’s also responsible for the group’s corporate secretariat, HR, IT, and administration.
