Hong Kong-listed Ban Loong Holdings recently announced the appointment of Liu Huaiyu Luk Chi Sing as CFO to replace his predecessor Luk Chi Sing who resigned some months ago.
Liu, aged 50, has more than 25 years of experience in finance and management with various large organisations and listed companies.
Prior to joining the group, he was the CFO of Hong Kong-listed V1 Group Limited in 2019.
He also held senior management positions in different companies previously.
Singapore-listed Edition Ltd. has appointed Boey Mun Choon, aged 56, as financial controller.
He will be responsible for the group’s finance functions including financial and management reporting, accounting, taxation, internal controls, and regulatory compliance matters.
Boey was previously account at Grand Team Technologies Pte Ltd.
