Indonesia-based private education provider BINA NUSANTARA (BINUS) Group will deploy Workday’s suite of enterprise cloud applications for financial and human capital management, said Workday recently.
Digital transformation is a key pillar of the BINUS 2035 strategic plan and the partnership with Workday will support the group in moving its people and finance operations to the cloud to drive data-driven decisions, empower a skills-ready workforce, and future-proof the organisation, Workday noted.
BINUS Group employs more than 4,500 employees across 15 nationwide locations.
With plans for future expansion and rapid business development, the group is transforming its business operations and processes, according to Workday.
With a complete picture of all operations and workflows on one unified platform, BINUS Group will be able to leverage a single source of truth to harness the power of data analytics for real-time insights and smarter business decisions that deliver sustained business value, Workday added.
The tech company said that it also provides a dynamic understanding of the workforce’s skills and capabilities to support BINUS Group in implementing talent strategies and skills initiatives that enhance the employee experience and elevate performance.
Workday estimated a one-year implementation period and that the applications could go live in early 2023.
“Over the course of our 40 years in operation, we have stood by our commitment to fostering a strong organisational culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and fun,” said Stephen Santoso, Chief Operating Officer, BINUS Group. “At the heart of this is a strong focus on our people and technology, which remain the key drivers of growth as we strive to bring world-class, quality education to all. With Workday, we look forward to revitalising our operating systems across various functions, from finance to human resources, and enhance the overall employee experience.”
