Nasdaq-listed Chinese consumer lending marketplace Hexindai Inc. announced recently the appointment of Ms. Kerrie Rui Zhang as CFO after the departure of her predecessor Johnson Qisen Zhang on Aug 30, 2019.
Ms. Zhang was previously Hexindai's financial reporting director.
She has more than 12 years of accounting and financial related experience, including more than two years at Hexindai. Mr. Zhang is not related to Ms. Zhang, the company said.
Ng Kah Ching, aged 47, has become financial controller of Singapore-listed Olive Tree Estate Limited.
She will be responsible for the overall financial operations of the group.
Prior to this, she was head of department, Group Planning and Reporting at Jurong Engineering Limited.
