Singapore-headquartered Frasers Property Limited announced its appointment of Liu Qingbin as head of finance for the group’s real estate investment trust manager, to be effective Feb 1, 2023.
He will be responsible for the financial and capital management of Fraser Property’s three trusts and report to Eric Gan, the company’s previous CFO who has been promoted to become CEO of the group’s three trusts.
Liu has more than 15 years of experience in audit, accounting, corporate finance, tax, treasury and capital management.
Prior to his appointment as head of finance, he was VP, Finance where he assisted the CFO in financial reporting, taxation and other finance related matters.
Before his stake at Frasers, Liu was SVP of Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd., the REIT Manager of Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial REIT where he was responsible for the financial reporting, taxation, management reporting, treasury and capital management of the REIT.
He was previously an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
