Natalie Wong Chin Ping has recently become CFO of Daiwa House Asset Management Asia, the manager of Daiwa House Logistics Trust.
Wong has more than 24 years of experience in finance, accounting and treasury functions, with extensive experience within the real estate industry, according to the company.
Prior to Daiwa House Asset Management Asia, Wong was senior vice president of capital markets in City Development Limited. She oversaw the capital raising, structuring, financial management and compliance for capital market transactions in both the public and private spaces.
She was also the CFO for the manager of OUE Commercial REIT and head of treasury for the manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust before.
Wong is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
