ARQ, an Australian digital services provider, has selected MuleSoft to build efficient automation to streamline invoices, optimise onboarding and offboarding process, automate data processing, and support integration with Salesforce and ELMO software, Salesforce said recently.
Working with Media.Monks, ARQ developed a four-phased MuleSoft-led approach to build efficient automation, Salesforce noted.
MuleSoft is a software firm that provides integration software for connecting applications, data, and devices.
CloudHealth integration
ARQ prioritised building automated processes that could produce invoices directly from the CloudHealth platform to streamline operations, according to Salesforce.
Previously using a completely manual process left employees dealing with significant data entry, causing pressure on the billing team to meet tight invoicing deadlines, the tech firm said.
In addition, ARQ aims to ensure that automation would be cloud-agnostic and work across Azure and AWS platforms to free up considerable employee time to increase productivity, Salesforce added.
Improved onboarding and offboarding processes
ARQ also completed all onboarding and offboarding processes manually, requiring significant time to sync ELMO data, according to Salesforce.
Staff had to manually assign and remove permission controls whenever employees joined or left the business, the tech firm added.
To improve the situation, ARQ deployed automated processes that significantly reduce manual input and consolidate data between platforms.
“Data plays a pivotal role in our business; working across several platforms both within and outside our control,” said Josh Gelfand, General Manager of Operations at ARQ Group. “By working with MuleSoft and Media.Monks, we’re empowered to leverage integrated solutions that deliver the processes we need. We’ve also transformed our onboarding and offboarding processes, freeing up our staff’s time and meeting business goals faster.”
