Air Liquide is deploying Workday technology to continue its digital transformation of HR processes and capabilities, said Workday recently.
The company has already deployed Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) across Asia Pacific and it is currently deploying Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent Management, Workday Learning, and Workday Adaptive Planning, according to the technology firm.
The deployment of Workday technology is expected to simplify Air Liquide’s HR operations and bring the firm a single source of real-time data for its more than 11,000-strong workforce across 13 countries in Asia Pacific, the technology company noted.
Following the deployment, Air Liquide— a player in gases, technologies, and services — will also roll out this same technology platform design across its global operations, Workday added. Â
Through Air Liquide’s MyHR platform, employees can now use Workday’s mobile and self-service capabilities to more easily access information on teams, manage compensation, time entries, holidays, and time off, the technology company said.
The platform also helps facilitate effective onboarding of new hires and provides true visibility across the entire talent acquisition process, the company noted.
With this transformative change, the French company, which was founded in 1902, will be able to overcome the challenges of having decentralised HR processes associated with legacy systems, Workday observed.Â
