Jess O’Reilly is Area Vice President for Asia at UiPath. Based in Singapore, O’Reilly is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and growth, expanding customer and strategic partner engagements for UiPath across South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea to help organizations unlock the power of automation and drive innovation.

With over a decade of experience in the Asia Pacific region, O’Reilly has been instrumental in driving digital transformation and business growth for leading global and local companies. O’Reilly is passionate about partnering with tech developers and business executives to challenge the status quo; through the way and speed by which they innovate.

O’Reilly joined UiPath from Twilio, Inc, where she was Regional Vice President for Asia. Prior to that, she was Area Vice President for Cloud Sales ASEAN at Salesforce.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, cities, food and landscapes. Her perfect day begins with a crossfit workout, followed by a fantastic lunch shared with friends and family with a glass of Chardonnay. Her favorite podcasts currently are Unlocking us by Brene Brown, The Diary of a CEO and High Performance.
