Hong Kong-listed Li Ning Company Limited recently announced the retirement of Terence Wah-Fung Tsang as CFO.
The company said it is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the CFO vacancy and will make further announcement once such appointment is confirmed.
Singapore-listed Low Keng Huat (Singapore) Ltd. has named Tan Tech Loon Alvin as Group CFO and company secretary.
Aged 44, Tan will be responsible for the group’s financial, accounting, and corporate secretarial matters.
He was previously SVP and head of NBFI Credit and Portfolio Management-Asia in First Abu Dhabi Bank.
Hong Kong-listed Lianhua Supermarket Holdings Co., Ltd. lately announced that it has appointed Xu Xiao-yi as CFO.
Xu, aged 44, currently serves as deputy financial officer, joint company secretary, the secretary of the Board, the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the authorised representative of the e-submission system of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
She successively served as the head of the finance department of Shanghai Friendship Department Store Co., Ltd. and the head of the finance department of the shopping centre division of Bailian Group Co., Ltd.
