Larni de Courtenay is an EY-Parthenon Partner in Australia with a specialization in merger integration, separations, operational diligence and IT within a deals environment. She has worked at EY for 17 years with 10 experience years prior to that in management consulting. de Courtenay is the Global TSE Leader and sits on our APAC DE&I Committee.
de Courtenay works mainly in the financial services, pension funds and infrastructure sectors. She has assisted with 100+ transactions, including IT and operational due diligence, synergy assessments, standalone costing, integration management, separation and carve-out planning, TSA development and transition advice.
de Courtenay is passionate about seeing women achieve their full potential and driving greater diversity in all levels of the EY business. She has led the APAC SaT DE&I initiative for the last five years.
de Courtenay has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
