Singapore-listed Wilton Resources Corporation Limited recently named Chia Wei Yang as Group Financial Controller.
Aged 33, Chia will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for all aspects of financial planning, internal control compliance, financial reporting matter of the company and its groups of companies, and communication of financial performance and forecast of the group’s performance to the board of directors and the Singapore Exchange.
Chia joined the company as a manager in November 2016.
Novotech Health Holdings, a biotech specialist contract research organisation in Asia, recently announced the appointment of Zidong Zhang as CFO.
In his new role, Zhang is responsible for all aspects of financial management and work closely with Novotech Holdings' executive team to support the growth of the business across Asia.
Zhang was most recently CFO at Henlius Biotech, a Hong Kong-listed global biopharmaceutical company based in Shanghai, where he built and managed the finance team and played an integral role in the company's initial public offering in 2019.
Prior to that, he was an equity research analyst at UBS in New York.
