Hong Kong-listed Samson Paper Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Lu Zhiwen as CFO with effect from 26 January 2022.
Lu, aged 44, has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, according to the company.
He joined the Xiamen C&D Group in August 2008, where he took the position of CFO for a number of members of the Xiamen C&D Group.
From 2018 to present, Lu has been acting as the CFO of Xiamen C&D Paper, the firm said.
