Singapore-listed CapitaLand Investment announced recently its appointment of Paul Tham as Group CFO.
Tham’s appointment will be effective on Jan 1, 2023.
Currently the deputy group CFO, Tham will succeed Andrew Lim, who will become Group COO on the same day.
As Group CFO, Tham will oversee the company’s finance, capital management and strategy. He joined the firm in December 2021 and has significant experience in finance, capital markets and real estate in Singapore and internationally, CapitaLand Investment said.
